MADE TO ORDER

We take pride in offering the majority of our apparel lineup as made-to-order, hand crafted pieces. The items which are designed and pressed here in-house contain a "made to order" note within their respective product pages. These products are generally completed and shipped within a few business days of order placement.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

We offer customization on many of our "off the shelf" gear options. After your order has been processed, there is typically a 5 - 10 business day design and production period before any customized items are complete. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class or UPS ground, depending on weight. Once your items have been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the related tracking info.

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom made products (whether digital or physical). We invest our time, resources, and materials into making these products specifically for you. For this reason, we are only able to accept exchanges involving production flaws. For any product that arrives to you with defects in the quality of material or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue. Once a product has been used or applied, absolutely no claims can be made. Be sure to review your order once received to ensure that all contents meet your expectations.

 

FULL-CUSTOM ORDERS

"Full-Custom" is how we refer to the process of creating something from scratch for a specific client(s). These orders do not utilize "off the shelf" products, but are instead built according to a client-approved blueprint.

Turnaround time will depend on the scope of your project and the current workload of our production team, but the majority of our full-custom work can be completed within 6 weeks (following the approval of your design and payment of the invoice for your physical gear.).

3RD PARTY GRAPHICS & LOGOS

If requesting a design or logo which is not created or owned by Enthrown, you acknowledge and agree that you've been given the appropriate permission by the owner, company, or creator to do so.

If you are unsure of your rights to use certain graphics, please contact the rightful owner and clarify these details prior to placing the order. Enthrown will not be held liable for any misuse or misrepresentation involving logos, graphics, or trademarks which do not belong to us. By ordering these graphics, you acknowledge that you have been provided the appropriate permissions to do so.
