RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom made products (whether digital or physical). We invest our time, resources, and materials into making these products specifically for you. For this reason, we are only able to accept returns involving production flaws. For any product that arrives to you with defects in the quality of material or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue. Once a product has been used or applied, absolutely no warranty claims can be made. Be sure to review your order once received to ensure that all contents meet your expectations.

 

Pre-orders, special order, and sale items are not eligible for cancellation or return.

 

For riding gear and qualifying items, all returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Items must be in new, unworn condition. Please contact Enthrown to begin the return or exchange process. You will be provided a return authorization number, which must be clearly labeled on both the outside of the shipment as well as the printed invoice inside of the shipment. Any shipment which does not clearly display the related return authorization number will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs. All returns and exchanges are subject to the approval of Enthrown.

 

If you are returning a qualifying product, the retail purchase price will be withheld until all related items are received and reviewed. If your refund is approved and processed, your bank may take 5 - 7 business days to reflect this change.

 

Enthrown reserves the right to alter or modify these conditions on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion.
