RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For qualifying items, all returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Items must be in new, unworn / unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Please contact Enthrown to begin the return or exchange process. You will be provided a return authorization number, which must be clearly labeled on both the outside of the shipment as well as the printed invoice inside of the shipment. Any shipment which does not clearly display the related return authorization number will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs. All returns and exchanges are subject to the approval of Enthrown.

 

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom made products (whether digital or physical). We invest our time, resources, and materials into making these products specifically for you. For this reason, we are only able to accept returns involving physical production flaws. For any product that arrives to you with defects in the quality of material or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue. Once a product has been used or applied, absolutely no claims can be made. Be sure to review your order once received to ensure that all contents meet your expectations.

 

Pre-orders, special order, closeout, promotional deals and sale items are not eligible for cancellation or return. While we do aim to provide exchange opportunities for items that do not fit as expected, most sales and promotions involve products with limited remaining inventory. In many cases, these items will not be restocked once they are sold out. If an identical product is unavailable in the size you would like to exchange for, we will be unable to offer an exchange.

 

If you are returning a qualifying product, the retail purchase price will be withheld until all related items are received and reviewed. If your refund is approved and processed, your bank may take 5 - 7 business days to reflect this change.
